Masterline ePacker: space saving, inexpensive and climate friendly

Ambassador Antalis has launched its latest addition to the Masterline range of solutions to include the Masterline ePacker. The compact ePacker produces air cushions which are an ideal alternative to conventional filling material such as bubble wrap or paper.

The ePacker has been designed with ‘plug ‘n’ play’ capabilities to optimise productivity as soon as it’s out of the box, no external compressed air system is required. It is an extremely compact solution that takes up very little storage space, allowing businesses to focus their storage needs elsewhere.

The air cushion film, specifically designed for online retailers consists of 99% air and only 1% film. Each reel of ePacker air cushion film has an RFID sticker in its core, allowing the machine to automatically set the right amount of air and welding temperature. Once used, the pillows reduce to a fraction of the inflated size and are fully recyclable for easy disposal meaning the carbon footprint of the pillows is better of that than paper.
