Tea'licious

Chiddingstone Castle near Edenbridge in Kent will open at 3 pm for afternoon tea on the following Sundays – 7, 14 and 21 December 2014 (pre-booking essential).

The Castle is the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea away from it all in the convivial surroundings of the castle's elegant White Rose Drawing Room or the grand Great Hall.

A delicious set selection of homemade sandwiches, cakes and scones with jam and clotted cream will be served on delightful vintage china. Tea costs £18 per person; £9 per child (aged 6 and under).

Visitors who book afternoon tea can also enjoy some of the castle’s exhibition rooms including the Egyptian Collection, Housekeeper’s Room, Buddhist Collection, Denys Eyre Bower’s Study and the Victorian Kitchen and Scullery.

December Afternoon Teas were hugely popular last year so please book early to avoid disappointment.
