Lovely garden walks
The spectacular standard wisteria at Hole Park Gardens in Rolvenden, Kent are expected to come into full bloom from the middle of May.
Tucked away in a corner of the gardens known as the Vineyard, visitors will find six standard wisteria (Wisteria sienensis), with their interesting and unusual twisted stems and clusters of fragrant lavender blue flowers. Behind the standard wisteria is a pretty colonnaded walk with an array of clematis, wisteria and climbing roses.

A walk round the 16 acre garden and 10 acre woodlands will also take visitors past many wonderful mature rhododendrons, azaleas and colourful displays of tulips.
Visitors can also enjoy the circular walk through the bluebell wood with its bridges and streams to the renovated ice house.
Hole Park is open every day between 11 am and 6 pm until 7 June 2015 for the Spring Spectacular. After 7 June the gardens will be open on Wednesday and Thursday in summer with additional Sundays in October.
