Over 3000 took part in Kent’s Run or Dye

On Sunday 5 July over 3000 runners took part in the world’s most colourful 5 km, running, walking and dancing, filling the stunning grounds of Penshurst Place and Gardens with colour. Bringing the spectacular burst of Run or Dye colour to the estate for the first time, the event saw runners and walkers of all ages and abilities enjoy the most colourful event Kent has ever seen.

Help for Heroes is the official national charity partner and several of the Band of Brothers and Sisters joined the crowds on Sunday, cheering on the wounded servicemen, women and veterans who ran alongside members of the public taking part. Volunteers from local charity partner, St Lawrence CE Primary School and neighbouring schools covered the runners from head to toe with dye throughout the course as families, friends and colleagues ran and walked together.
