The Christmas spectacular at Trinity
This timeless tale about the boy who asked for more takes us back to Victorian London where Oliver encounters many vivid characters including Fagin, Nancy, Bill Sykes, Mr Bumble and the kind and caring Mr Brownlow.
Based on Charles Dickens' classic novel, Oliver! is one of the most successful musicals of all time and has a sensational score that includes such classics as Food Glorious Food, You've Got to Pick-a-Pocket or Two, Where Is Love? As Long As He Needs Me and I'd Do Anything.

Brought to the stage in a new production, we are sure you won't be asking for more this Christmas!
This will be the largest Christmas show that Trinity has presented with a cast of 50 children in two teams supporting eight professional actors who will be playing the principal roles (and one dog!). Also for the first time Trinity’s Christmas show will be accompanied by a professional orchestra of 10 players in an extended orchestra pit that has been specially created for this production. This promises to be a spectacular production that will delight and excite audiences over Christmas.
dwnTWn will be getting its glad rags on and popping down to see the show on Friday, so we’ll give you a full account of the experience next week.
Performances take place from 10 December 2015 to 30 January 2016. You can book via the box office on 01892 678678 or see www.trinitytheatre.net
