Mums can choose from two tasty options, either a traditional Ploughman's Lunch or a delicious cream tea. Both options are served with tea and coffee. These delicious treats are available on the 1.15 pm or 3.35 pm departures from Tenterden. The inclusive cost is £27.80 for Mum and others in the party will pay normal train fares £17.00 for adults and £11.50 for children age 3 to 15 and can choose to add £6.20 for a cream tea or £7.30 for a Ploughman’s.

This Mothers’ Day treat includes a two hour return journey on one of the railway's restored steam trains, a reserved table for your family and a surprise gift for every Mum to take home to remember her special day.
For anybody not wishing to take a train ride, ‘Afternoon Teas’ will also be available on Mothers’ Day in the Station Refreshment Rooms at Tenterden Station. These can be pre-booked from £15 per person for either 2 or 4 o’clock.
