Sawgrass has launched its new Virtuoso HD Garment Decorating System, a fully integrated system designed specifically for cotton transfer printing. Featuring ChromaBlast-HD textile inks, ChromaBlast transfer media, and SG400 or SG800 printers, this system is ideal for decorating white and light coloured cotton fabrics with vibrant, durable images that are soft to the hand.

‘The Virtuoso HD Garment Decorating System brings our already proven cotton decorating technology to its next evolution,’ said Mike McEvoy, Sawgrass’ director of Marketing Communications. ‘With its low start up cost, ChromaBlast-HD’s low imaging costs and CreativeStudio’s curated library of thousands of t-shirt templates and designs, this Virtuoso system is ideal for anyone who wants to start or grow their business with t-shirt printing.’

Co-engineered with Ricoh and harnessing the advanced technology of the printer manufacturer’s popular GelJet line, Sawgrass’ Virtuoso SG400 (A4) and SG800 (A3+) printers have the lowest start up cost of any commercial product decorating technology. Both offer speeds nearly twice as fast as their predecessors – the Ricoh 3110DN and 7100DN. They also feature a built-in self cleaning function that keeps the printers running at their best, ensuring money making uptime with minimal power and ink consumption.

Sawgrass offers Virtuoso users total system support, encompassing printer, ink and software – all in one place. PartnerPlus provides real time support for system troubleshooting, colour management software, full product warranty and more. Virtuoso users also have access to our BusinessBuilder suite of sales, marketing and production tools. Our comprehensive library of webinars, seminars, how to guides, webcasts, white papers, articles, market guidance, production techniques and more enable Virtuoso users to build and grow their businesses.
