C&T Matrix is giving boxmakers, die makers, point of sale converters and print finishers 24 hour technical support with the launch of its new technical website.
Feedback from customers has been critical to success and recent research has indicated the need for 24 hour support and help for more technically challenging issues.
To answer this customer driven requirement, C&T Matrix has launched a new technically advanced, interactive website C&T Tech – which is designed to provide answers to the many practical questions and queries that often relate to die cutting and boxmaking.

The site offers advice on choosing the correct matrix for all jobs, including use of more specialised matrix such as reverse bend, multi-crease and u-bend. This is backed up by new graphically enhanced videos which show the advantages of using these types of products and how these can help with trouble shooting.
There is a section on rubbers, which show die makers and die cutters alike the advantages of using profile rubbers versus traditional sponge rubbers. Other features include the ability to post questions or concerns directly to a member of the technical team via an online portal.
Simon Shenton, managing director at C&T Matrix, said: ‘Whenever there is a need for technical help, we are here to help provide a solution. Our new Tech website is leading the way in terms of easy access to information and support and is part of our commitment to provide truly bespoke solutions to every kind of enquiry or problem.’
