Sepialine, a US based print management software company, has announced that it has finalised an agreement to acquire software company Technesis, and revealed its intentions to expand its UK based presence. The agreement will enable Sepialine to increase innovation of its product line, and also provide Technesis’ customers with new functionality and continued software support.

The two companies have a long history together, having both started out around the same time, and both are based in the San Francisco Bay area. The integration of Technesis will allow Sepialine to develop new features to its product offerings, and the company will also look to expand its operations in the UK, where it currently has a facility in London’s Docklands.
As part of its plans for expansion in the UK, Sepialine has hired Martin Nash as regional sales director for EMEA. His focus will be on working on expanding Sepialine’s reseller base within the UK and beyond, to help expand its presence in that market.
Martin has previously worked for companies such as Lexmark and Canon.
Sepialine’s Argos Manager programme provides application and device independent print capture, tracks network and local printers, extracts complete job statistics, providing print, copy, scan and fax facilities and is used for design, graphics, communications, reprographics and FM providers worldwide, including several high profile print companies in the UK.
