Appointments at TRM Packaging

TRM Packaging Ltd has made three key appointments – boosting its workforce of over 270 employees.

Amy Driver, Emma Brennand and Tanya Crowley have joined TRM in manufacturing, design and HR roles respectively. They will support the business in its continued growth.

Amy Driver has been appointed as senior production manager with a focus on delivering lean management and continuous improvement across TRM’s production facility. Amy previously worked at 3M’s secure printing business. She commented on her appointment, ‘I am looking forward to making a valued contribution to TRM. It is a growing business with a really enthusiastic team and I hope to add value with my previous experience gained at 3M.’

Joining from Huhtamaki BCP is Emma Brennand in the role of packaging design consultant. As part of the project management, Emma is responsible for innovation, structural design and customer projects. Excited about the new role, she commented, ‘TRM has offered me a great opportunity to expand and further my career in design. It is renowned in the industry for its great design and innovation and I am looking forward to the challenges ahead.’

Strengthening TRM’s management team is Tanya Crowley who joins from AB-Inbev as HR manager. She said, ‘I have joined TRM as it is great environment where there is a lot of continued investment in the business and development of its workforce. I also admire its independence and the creativity across the business.’

Trevor Maund, CEO of TRM added, ‘We are delighted to welcome our latest colleagues. Their collective backgrounds will undoubtedly bring significant insight and benefits to TRM. As the company continues to follow its growth plan we need committed and highly skilled individuals to support us across all parts of our business.
