ISO audit success for Baker Goodchild

Birmingham based Baker Goodchild has been successfully audited for both ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards, as the business continues to invest and expand.

The direct mail fulfilment company was successfully audited at the beginning of this year, once again achieving and passing the rigorous auditing procedures required to continue to hold these vital business quality standards.

Managing director Lorraine Burnell stated, ‘We have been undertaking these audits for a number of years now, and although the process and standards to achieve are high, it is always a reassurance to both ourselves and clients when we pass them, ensuring that our high level of business management standards are being adhered to and maintained.’
