Finishing Solutions orders first Kama ProFold in UK

The privilege of ordering and installing the first Kama ProFold 74 folder gluer in the UK and Ireland has gone to Finishing Solutions Liverpool.

Owner Phil Keating said, ‘Trade finishing is highly competitive at the moment, so I have been looking to diversify into other ‘niche’ areas. More specialist types of folding and gluing is one such area, and after doing the necessary research I discovered the machine most capable of providing the greatest benefits was the Kama ProFold 74!’

Phil Keating indicates that there were several factors that influenced his decision, and these included the design and engineering of the machine, as well as its manufacture in Germany. Another reason was Friedheim International, Kama’s UK and Ireland agent. ‘Friedheim is a long established and well respected company, which has an excellent reputation for its after sales support,’ he said. ‘That is something of great comfort when one is purchasing any new equipment!’

The ProFold 74 is scheduled for delivery to Finishing Solutions Liverpool Ltd in late March.
