YBS Group signs contract with Danwood

Danwood has secured a multi-million pound, five year managed print services contract with Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) Group. Danwood will supply 400 HP multi-function devices (MFDs) to enhance customer service through improved print quality and increased uptime and device availability in-branch.

The contract will see Danwood refresh an ageing fleet with high tech MFDs across the YBS Group’s network, maintaining daily functionality for the 1500 branch colleagues and their customers.

The new agreement consolidates seven previous agreements between YBS Group and Danwood spanning an eight year period, bringing them all within a central contract for on-going managed services across its print fleet, with simplified billing.
