Sabur Digital appointed as Mimaki reseller

Supplier of digital textile sublimation equipment and consumables, Sabur Digital has been appointed as a Mimaki reseller by UK and Irish distributor, Hybrid Services, introducing the product range into the company’s portfolio of textile hardware systems.

‘Working together on the Mimaki brand further strengthens Sabur Digital’s place as market leaders in the sublimation print sector,’ said Sabur managing director Dean Sanger. ‘Our printer and press portfolio now includes Mimaki, Roland, Klieverik, Sefa and DGI, making our product range one of the most comprehensive available in the UK.’

Sabur is extending its show suite to over 2500 square feet, making it one of the largest textile showrooms in Europe. ‘We anticipate further growth in the digital textile print sector over the next few years,’ said Dean. ‘With the addition of the Mimaki brand we are able to facilitate the requests of customers to show all aspects of sublimation printing, including both paper transfer and direct to textile.’

The company’s show suite will have the facility to demonstrate various machine types from entry level production to high speed and super wide. It will also house the new MTex Blue – a direct to textile printer with inbuilt curing facility, making it a turnkey machine for the production of flags, banners and soft signage.
