Zünd G3 cutter creates exceptional quality samples for Cavan Box

Irish packaging specialist Cavan Box has invested in a new Zünd G3 L2500 to produce samples it describes as 'exceptional'.

Cavan Box frequently upgrades its conversion machinery, typically every seven years. The purchase of the Zünd G3 L2500, installed at the end of 2015, was ‘the obvious progression’ for sample making, said Anselm Lovett, managing director of Cavan Box.

He continued, ‘We moved up from another UK supplier who didn’t have the back up assistance that Zünd offers. The training was also light years ahead of our previous supplier – we have a full complement of people who can now use the table.

‘The turnaround for samples was always quick but now the quality of the sample is exceptional.'
