Ultrachem extends its blanket and roller wash range

Ultrachem has reviewed and extended its entire blanket and roller wash ranges for the offset, heatset, coldset and flexo print markets.

The company’s new family of solvent based products includes conventional, UV, heatset and coldset washes, roller and blanket maintenance products, plate cleaners and specialist cleaners – many of which are Fogra or press manufacturer certified.

Jan Brinton, director of Ultrachem, said: ‘Since the early 80s Ultrachem has been developing and manufacturing solvent based products in line with technical advances, environmental requirements and commercial needs. Our ability to make bespoke products to overcome specific problems and production issues sets us apart from our competitors. The overhaul of our range incorporates several of these new and often bespoke innovations. Furthermore, we have a commitment to only use high quality raw materials and packaging – with one aim to give our customers total peace of mind.’

For the first time Ultrachem has brought together the faster moving items into one easy to use A4 guide. Jan added, ‘The new literature gives a comprehensive overview of our range, but of course we are able to stock and manufacture a much wider portfolio of more specialist products too.’

Other innovations include the use of Ecovent containers for all wash products. Jan stated, ‘These containers are especially designed to empty smoothly and accurately without glugging of the liquid therefore avoiding dangerous splashing during discharge.’
