Drytac Europe has announced its plans for Sign & Digital UK 2016. The company and its representatives will be on its exclusive UK distributor Antalis’s stand (L20) throughout the event and will be showcasing its very latest introductions to the market.

At the event, Drytac will be introducing its expanded range of Polar printable self-adhesive vinyls to the UK market for the first time. The range of fully printable films now includes Polar Monomeric printable matched component systems (MCS) films; Polar Polymeric films; Polar Cast PVC films; Polar HiGrab (super aggressive, high tack adhesive) films; and Polar SurfaceTac (low tack adhesive) films.

Available exclusively from Antalis in the UK, the Polar SAV range is suitable for numerous medium term indoor and outdoor graphics applications and is printable by eco solvent, latex and UV inkjet technologies.

The films are matched with Drytac’s range of clear over-laminates and have an outdoor durability of up to seven years, depending on the product.

As part of its Polar films showcase, Drytac will be highlighting a new floor graphics/carpet application for its printable Polar HiGrab vinyl. Once printed, Polar HiGrab can be combined with Protac ScuffGuard laminate – a 150 µ textured PVC protective over-laminate film with a matte finish offering superior anti slip qualities and scuff resistance.

Following on from its introduction to the European market at Fespa Digital, the company will also be showcasing its ViziPrint Illuminate film for brilliant backlit window graphics and vibrant backlit displays for high end retail advertising.

ViziPrint Illuminate is a 100 µ translucent matte PET film which is suitable for both indoor and short term outdoor applications. With its advanced adhesion technology, it can be repositioned and reapplied multiple times upon installation and leaves no residue following removal. It is also very durable and does not require over-lamination.

Other solutions that Drytac will be focusing on include DecorTac printable wallpaper for customised interior design applications; ReTac peelable films in a variety of thicknesses and finishes (including ReTac ChalkMate and ReTac Textures); and SpotOn spot adhesive films for easy, bubble- ree application.

Hayden Kelley, CEO of Drytac, commented: ‘We have transformed Drytac in recent years by streamlining our product offering to focus on self-adhesive solutions for current and potential customers.

‘As well as focusing on these self-adhesive solutions, we have expanded into new areas such as printable films with matched components. These solutions provide our partners and customers with the confidence that their graphics will meet the needs of almost any application – whether that is for windows, walls, floors, outdoors and more.

‘With many of our products being manufactured at our Bristol site, Drytac is a real success story for the UK and we are looking forward to showcasing our latest innovations to our home market at the upcoming Sign & Digital UK 2016 event.’
