Memjet’s inkjet technology drives the TrojanThree overprinter. This will be on show at drupa. Trojan has also has expanded the finishing options for its innovative TrojanTwo mini digital label press. Visitors can see this technology in hall 3, stand 3B31.

Mikkel Wichmann, managing director at Trojanlabel, said: ‘We have a reputation for developing and implementing innovative solutions that stay one step ahead of what the market requires. Memjet printing technology helps us to maintain that reputation. These printheads produce the speed, ease of use, and low cost of ownership needed for our products. As a result, we have two strong solutions to show at drupa – and to service the needs of the industry.’
The TrojanThree overprinter allows users to produce products using substrates such as envelope and card stocks, corrugated packaging, bubble pack, folding cartons, and thicker media such as wood.
Previously, this type of printing had been difficult to accomplish and expensive to produce in short runs. TrojanThree solves those challenges by providing an advanced overprinter that can be easily configured with a transport system and fine tuned for different media types and market segments.
The TrojanTwo is a sophisticated mini press that can deliver the results of larger, more expensive systems. The press enables full colour and variable imaging on demand for roll to roll label printing, so it can easily function as a mini press for label converters and brand owners looking for an affordable way to print high quality labels at 18 metres per minute.
Memjet will demonstrate how its high speed, digital colour printing technology is changing the printing landscape. In hall 5 at stand C24 you can see partner devices covering various market sectors.
