CP Bourg’s ExPress (BM-e ExPress), which was developed in collaboration with HP, now boasts fully integrated in line capabilities with the new HP Indigo 7900 and the HP Indigo Direct to Finish workflow integration system.

The BM-e ExPress is aimed at the growing high quality, full colour bookletmaking segment of the stitch-fold- trim finishing market in digital on-demand and web to print production environments.
The BM-e ExPress with the Bourg Sheet Feeder (BSF) option is able to run in line, near line and in dual mode finishing. When connected in line with the 7900 and Direct to Finish automation software, booklets are produced with automatic size adjustments on the fly. In the near line mode, booklets and pre-cut sets of sheets are automatically stitched into sets while the press is printing a completely separate job. With Direct to Finish, the dual mode finishing gives users of digital presses the ability to send jobs from multiple print streams to their dedicated in line finishers.
HP will showcase the BM-e ExPress with the Bourg Sheet Feeder (BSF) integrated in line with the 7900 and Direct to Finish in hall 17 at drupa.
Other Bourg perfect binding and bookletmaking solutions, including the new Bourg Preparation Module (BPM), will be on stand C61 in hall 6.
