BCS (British Converting Solutions) is a manufacturer of quick set box making machines. The company will use drupa to launch its new box maker in hall 5, stand 12B.
The all new Boxer is the result of 35 years experience in the packaging industry, where BCS has combined all of its box making knowledge with some of the latest technology available today, to design its most compact and efficient machine to date.

BCS believes that there is a growing market for printing companies to produce their own carton boxes and packaging in-house, and with this in mind the Boxer has been created with a minimal footprint, no need for a compressed air supply, and quick set technology for ease of use.
Simple push button control results in perfectly sized, quick and easy boxes, that are cheaper to produce and yet use less material, which in turn reduces transport costs and provides more product protection with less unwanted customer returns.
As an optional extra, the addition of in line digital printing allows the printing company to print their boxes and packaging as it is made – all in one easy pass.
Customers will be able to see live demonstrations during their visit to the BCS stand and experience these major advantages for themselves.
BCS has recently been honoured with a Queens Award for Enterprise in recognition of its outstanding growth in export sales. Over the past four years, it has increased export sales by almost 400%, with machines being sold to customers in the USA, Germany and Japan, to name just a few. The company operates its own sales offices in the USA, France, Germany, Mexico, Poland and Australia and works with sales agents in many other markets around the globe.
