Book Globe – a book in spherical shape – is a new product launched and marketed by the Dutch company Boekbol. It is an entirely new graphic concept for a book. Any book.

You can check out the new product at drupa on stand EN06.

What started as a present for a special someone – a book of photographs in the shape of a globe – elicited so many positive reactions that the creators decided to register the intellectual property rights of this new type of book and market it as the Book Globe.

This spherical shaped ‘book’ can be leafed through, while the pages turn around a stand in the middle, much like you would turn a normal globe. This is a very original presentation not only for books, but also to present and showcase your company, products, idea or service to your business relations.

In its current concept, the Book Globe is created with 250 g/m2 paper with a diameter of 21 cm, mounted on a stand as an actual globe, so that the entire book can revolve around its axis. This makes it a three-dimensional graphic product.
