Royal Warrant Holder Mount Street Printers in Mayfair is to take delivery of its largest Polar to date, a N78 ECO model.

The company, which already runs Heidelberg CTP, litho and digital printing equipment, is a great fan of Heidelberg. Since taking on a Linoprint C901 four years ago, digital print has grown to represent 10% of the business.

‘We like the products and we like the back up,’ said Alex Cain, director of sales. ‘This will be our third Polar guillotine. The others are Polar 66 models.’

The larger format guillotine will allow the business to cut B1 stock to bespoke sizes ready for printing, whether digital or litho work.

‘It is more economical, faster and more flexible to work this way,’ he continued.
