Iberica takeover complete

The takeover of Iberica AG in Spain by Koenig & Bauer, which was announced on 23 May 2016, is now complete.

With the takeover, the KBA group is expanding its extensive portfolio for packaging customers in print finishing with the acquisition of the die cutter manufacturer. Iberica produces medium and large format flatbed die cutters for board and corrugated packaging. KBA has been successfully active in this market for some time with its presses.

The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price or further details regarding the takeover.
