Birmingham based IT and print business, FCS Laser Mail, has extended its premises and invested in new machinery following an extremely successful year.
The firm, currently celebrating its 20th anniversary, specialises in multichannel communications, offering print services, data management, design, e-billing and online archiving.
Following a 10% turnover increase in the past 12 months, the company has expanded its Erdington premises and will install four new printing, sorting and data management machines.
The £1 million investment was funded with the support of both a commercial loan and a hire purchase facility from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.

FCS Laser Mail is hoping to increase its annual turnover by 10% a year over the next three years. In the past 12 months, the firm has added 15 new jobs, bringing the current headcount to 100.
The business acquired Nottingham based Perspektiv Limited in May 2012 and is now looking for a new office and warehouse facility in the East Midlands city.
Mick Fay, managing director of FCS Laser Mail, said: ‘We have increased our turnover substantially in the past 12 months, which makes now the ideal time to pursue our expansion plans, enabling us to achieve scale and further consolidate our presence in the market.
‘The team at Lloyds Bank has been instrumental in putting our plans into action, giving us the financial capacity to grow without putting pressure on our working capital and disrupting our day to day business activity. We are also looking forward to mirroring this growth at our Nottingham site.’
