Kingsmoor Packaging named supplier of the year by Adelie Foods

Kingsmoor Packaging has recently been awarded the supplier of the year award from long standing customer Adelie Foods Group. The award is in recognition of Kingsmoor’s outstanding support and on-going commitment to Adelie Foods in the manufacture of innovative thermoformed solutions.

The Somerset based firm supplies Adelie with plastic packaging primarily for its food to go (FTG) requirements, covering mostly salads and sandwiches that are destined for major UK retailers and coffee outlets.

Adelie’s group procurement manager – packaging, James MacKellar, said: ‘As a packaging supplier Kingsmoor continues to impress, not only supplying excellent quality products, but also maintaining consistently high levels of service. The food to go category is very demanding with many new projects and frequent product launches across a variety of channels – working with key suppliers like Kingsmoor helps us meet our customer’s requirements.’

Kingsmoor Packaging’s managing director, James Hill, said: ‘We are honoured to receive this award from Adelie Foods. Kingsmoor Packaging will be exhibiting at Packaging Innovations at London’s Olympia on 14 to 15 September 2016 on stand E18.
