The new RDC rotary die cutter, available from Caslon, has been designed to meet the demands of today’s digital print market catering for short run, medium run and long run custom shaped print products.

Using the latest technology, flexible dies any size, shape and format can be quickly and easily produced from a single sheet.

The RDC rotary die cutter can die cut, kiss cut, score and perforate in a single pass on stocks ranging from 120 to 400 g/m2. Products that can be produced include labels, greeting cards, business cards, postcards, event tickets, stationery, playing cards, folded boxes and retail packages.

Using a top sheet air feed system, deep pile feeder and double sheet detector the machine reduces the problems which can occur with today's digital output.
