Afinia Label UK announces four new products

Afinia Label UK has announced that it is releasing four new label finishing products for the United Kingdom and European Union markets.

‘We are very pleased to add these new label finishing systems to our product line,’ said Nathan Daniel, EMEA sales manager. ‘Our product line has been growing rapidly, and in 2016 we have already introduced two new products. We are announcing four more today: the DLF-220, DLF-220L, DLF-350, and DLF-CS digital label finishers.’

The DLF-220 and DLF-220L are both complete solutions that unwind, knife cut, remove waste, slit, and rewind labels. In addition, the DLF-220L has a lamination feature and is able to work with both unsupported and linered laminates. Due to the DLF-220 series’ plotter cutting precision, it is easy to create full bleed labels using web widths from 110 to 225 mm.

The DLF-220 is an excellent companion to laser or pigment inkjet printers, as lamination may not be necessary for most applications. The DLF-220L pairs well with water based label printers, as lamination would be necessary to gain protection from moisture and UV.

The DLF-350 has all of the DLF-220L features with a maximum web width of 355 mm.

The DLF-CS die cuts adhesive label sheets, digital prints on cardboard, silk screen prints, and print shop materials. It can finish from 40 to 120 of them without operator attention.
