CreaseStream has announced a new exclusive distribution partnership with DataBind Corporation for North America.
CreaseStream machines are specifically developed for the digital sector by UK creasing specialists Tech-ni-Fold.
CreaseStream owner Graham Harris explained, ‘DataBind impressed me with its knowledge of print finishing and also in knowing exactly how our unique range of standalone creasing machines would fit in alongside its established products. Not only does it have an extensive reach into US dealership channels, it also shares a similar passion and vision to bring its customers the best solutions in the market.’

Connecticut based DataBind will firstly focus on distributing the established CreaseStream mini series of machines, ranging from a standard manual version that is guaranteed to output up to six times faster than traditional pull down handle and foot pedal creasers, through to a fully automatic version that caters for longer print runs. These well designed solutions are ideal for processing greeting cards, menus, book covers, leaflets, brochures, tear off order forms and vouchers etc, and will fit into a niche area of the market where little else exists.
Jon Gasperini, vice president of North American Sales at DataBind, said: ‘We are very excited to include CreaseStream’s fine products to our finishing solutions. It has developed easy to use, innovative creasing
machines that are far superior to traditional ways of desktop creasing. CreaseStream’s machines put high speed, high quality creasing within the reach of any digital printer, in-plant, or school! As another European manufacturer of the highest quality machines, the creasers will complement our product line and maximise profits for our customers.’
