New industrial 3D printer with 13 materials

Roboze has unveiled its new industrial 3D printer – the Roboze One+400 – featuring new innovative high thermoplastic materials for advanced applications.

The new printer aim to provide a solution for producing durable parts for extreme environment testing, including for metal replacement applications. Featuring high technical materials, it empowers professional users to break the boundaries of plastic additive manufacturing.

Based on the company’s ‘Beltless’ 3D printing technology for high tolerance of 50 microns, the One+400 has a new set of redesigned massive extruders, which is at the heart of the system.

This new printer has the ability to print Peek(polyetheretherketone), which is one of the highest performing semi-crystalline thermoplastics available today, PEI (Polyether Imide, also known as Ultem), which is widely used on professional and production 3D printers, Carbon-PA – reinforced Nylon-12 with 20% Carbon Fibre to achieve the chemical resistant of nylon and the mechanical properties of carbon fibre, and ABS-ESD – for Electrostatic Discharge Applications
