Figures published by the Office of National Statistics state that the number of people unemployed in the UK has fallen to 1.6 million, a figure of 4.8% – the lowest in 11 years. The BBC’s Economics Correspondent, Andy Verity, reported live from Park Communications’ factory in East London on the BBC News at 10.

The BBC wanted a backdrop of an efficient, busy and modern factory. Following the advice of its research team, the broadcaster decided to contact Park.
