API completes acquisition Amsterdam Metallized Products

API Group has announced it has completed the acquisition of the manufacturing assets and business of Amsterdam Metallized Products (AMP). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1966 and based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, AMP is a leader in brand enhancement packaging substrate technologies, pioneering transfer metalising paper, board and filmic materials.
