KernowPrint MetaliK, a new range of highly reflective boards developed specifically for dry toner printers, is now available exclusively from Antalis.

The paper merchant has broadened its portfolio of graphical boards in response to customers demand for products that will help them standout with high impact products.

Printable on both sides, this innovative range comes in three stunning metallic finishes and is suitable for dry toner printing and UV printing. The range includes desirable qualities such as static control and maximum toner adhesion, meaning MetaliK will reliably overcome print quality and machine performance issues.

The metallic surface can be used to create visually appealing designs and, with the right artwork, it offers an exquisite effect – especially when combined with the latest white ink digital technology.

Stocked in 330 g/m2, the boards offers something new to digital dry toner printers, giving designers the ability to create the most eye catching solutions. Despite being engineered for strength and rigidity, MetaliK can be easily folded without the risk of unsightly cracks. This makes it extremely versatile and a perfect solution for luxury product packaging such as champagne boxes, greeting cards and brochure covers.

James Jarvis, Antalis’ channel director for Print, commented: ‘We are delighted to be offering this fantastic product to our customers on an exclusive basis. MetaliK is truly unique, there is no comparable graphical board currently on the market for dry toner printers. It is such a versatile solution that can be used for a variety of applications, and it is ideal for short runs as well.

‘By working with our suppliers to bring products like Metalik to market, we aim to help our customers remain competitive and help them tap into new revenue streams as they diversify into new markets.’
