Royston Labels unveils new look

Royston Labels is set to reveal the results of a brand makeover at Packaging Innovations at the NEC on 1 to 2 March 2017.

Looking to broaden its reach, particularly in the premium drinks market, the company has adopted a more luxurious identity, stripping its brand back to just ‘Royston’ from Royston Labels and adding an authoritative strapline – The Label Experts. The new look will be rolled out across all marketing collateral over the coming months, including a new website.

The makeover, handled by London design agency, Nude Brand Creation, focuses on a new foiled monogram for Royston in the form of a translucent silver and unfurling ‘R’, conjuring up a roll of labels or a flow of ribbon. The monogram’s craftsmanship and attention to detail illustrate Royston’s values, whilst a hand drawn font for the visual identity reinforces the premium nature of the company’s services.

Managing director Paul Clayton said, ‘The redesign helps to communicate our bespoke label services and should resonate with key markets, enabling us to cut through to new audiences. It reflects the passion and craftsmanship that we take pride in at Royston, in a much more effective way.’

Royston will be exhibiting on stand E31 at Packaging Innovations.
