Since 2014, Pixartprinting has been turning creative ideas into original content creation projects. These inspirational pieces now have their own dedicated digital repository: an area called ‘Container’, available in five different languages (Italian, Spanish, English, French and German), which can be accessed in just one click from the Pixartprinting.co.uk homepage. The space even looks like a red container, and is designed to display the project in its entirety, bringing together the wealth of content spread across the web, including on various mini sites, thereby making enjoying and sharing it easier.

‘Although each of our content marketing projects has a strong and unique identity that sets it apart from the rest, they all share a common strategy based on creating engagement and raising the profile of the brand by feeding the creativity of our target audience, predominantly graphic design and printing professionals, and expanding the references we draw upon,’ explained Paolo Roatta, managing director of Pixartprinting. ‘Everyone knows that liquids take the shape of whatever holds them, but Container is not simply a virtual box to be filled; it is a project in its own right, which gives further meaning to the items within.’
The contents in the first release of Container are divided into two sections: the City area allows users to discover the best known capital cities in unusual ways through scintillating visual storytelling, inviting them to look at the world with new imagination. An urban stroll can become a journey in search of different typefaces or a wander through a graphical wonderland with eyes fixed firmly on the floor, providing boundless inspiration for creating custom designs and finishes. The Design and Colour section, meanwhile, brings together topics close to the heart of those employed in the field, such as typography, graphic design and marketing techniques, examined from an enquiring and compelling viewpoint. There are also profiles of the contributors and influencers, including photographers, video makers and copywriters, through whose skills the projects conceived by Pixartprinting's marketing department come to fruition.
Container is designed to be fed continually with new content from projects already in progress, and will increasingly be tied to themes closely connected to Pixartprinting's core business.
