New 3M print wrap film with Comply Adhesive with Micro Technology

Further enhancing its wide range of digital wrapping films, Spandex has launched 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180mC with Comply Adhesive with Micro Technology.

Offered in 54” and 60” wide rolls to enable wrappers to easily cover vehicle sections without seams, the new product combines advanced slideability and initial tack. This allows installers to move the film effortlessly across any application surface and expertly reposition the product to the perfect location after first contact. These advanced features allow for faster installation with a superb bubble free finish making them ideal for wrap applications on vehicles, walls and more.

Available in clear and metallic options, the new films offer improved liner release, ensuring a smooth, bubble free finish to completed wraps. The 3M MCS Warranty or 3M Performance Guarantee gives wrappers additional peace of mind that the films will live up to their longevity guarantees.

The company has also announced the availability of the new 3M Wrap Overlaminate Series 8900. The series of specialty overlaminates provides graphic producers and wrappers with endless possibilities to innovate and further customise projects.

The Series 8900 brings texture and striking finishes such as carbon fibre, brushstroke and sparkle, in a range of colours, to wraps and other signage applications. In addition, these films can also add extra protection for increased performance and durability.

The new range of overlaminates includes:

• Brushed: Brushed metal appearance.

• Carbon Fibre: Carbon fibre appearance.

• Ruby Red: Red sparkle.

• Sunburst Gold: Gold sparkle.

• Mystic Silver: Medium silver sparkle.
