Terry Cooper Services has enhanced its broad portfolio of solutions with the new Premier 435 Auto perfect binder and the next generation Bagel iLam Pro SRA3 laminator.

The Premier 435 Auto perfect binder with automatic feeder and creaser is a single clamp automatic perfect binding machine, capable of binding books up to 58mm thick. It can run at up to 450 books per hour and is easy to use and quick to set up via an intelligent 7” full colour touch screen.

There are two glue cylinders with independent side glue tank and direct contact wheels, a jogging station to prepare the book block for binding, the notching milling cutter prepares the book spine for perfect glue penetration and auto book thickness detection that sets up the width of the book spine.

Then, once re-coupled, the single clamp perfect binder offers automatic cover feeding with inline creasing and auto delivery reception. The Bagel iLam Pro SRA3 laminator now features an automatic feeder with touchscreen set up, like its highly popular B2 Bagel Digifav and B3 Bagel Mini Lam sister solutions.

Chris added, ‘The Bagel iLam Pro also now offers the option to have double sided lamination in one pass. With its already available gold foil attachment, it is an ideal compact B3 machine for operations looking to differentiate with cost effective and efficient finishing.’
