MBO Group integrates A500/A700 into its stacking delivery systems

A reliable, productive stacker delivery system is regarded as a critical ‘efficiency’ factor in the finishing process, and the MBO Group is expanding its already extensive range of such machines with the addition of the A500/A700.

The A500/A700 is ideal for the delivery of signatures behind folding machines in the performance range of up to 900 piles per hour, along with a maximum pile height of 160 mm. It can also be used for commercial prints and mailings, as well as integrated into book on-demand lines.

As the A500/A700 functions entirely without marking in single sheet operation, it can also be used to finish sensitive, freshly printed products that have a tendency to smudge. Its mobile design means that the location at which the A500/A700 stacker delivery is operated can be quickly changed. Partial automation helps to achieve shorter set-up times and also reduces the risk of operating errors.

To fulfil different production requirements, customers can choose between log stacker, signature, shingle, vertical stacker, high pile and small sheet size delivery systems.
