Infigo Software will be inspiring attendees at Dscoop Lyon this week, showcasing how its innovative software is enabling exciting brand engagement opportunities and profitable automation for a vast array of industries. Dscoop Lyon is billed as a ‘taste of innovation’ so it is the perfect forum for Infigo to demonstrate how its innovating to enable businesses to reinvent how they engage their customers to drive brand loyalty.
Douglas Gibson, managing director at Infigo Software, explained: ‘The digital revolution means hundreds of businesses are gaining market share in industries previously impenetrable by anyone other than the big names on the high street. But with so much consumer choice available, brands have to work harder than ever to win long term brand loyalty. It is well reported that brands are realising that customisation and personalisation solutions are required to create stand out and deliver an emotional connection with consumers, and that is why we’re seeing demand for our products and services rocket.’
At Dscoop Lyon, Infigo will be demonstrating how its user friendly software makes delivering tailored and personalised products, packaging and communications easy and profitable, streamlining processes for both suppliers and end users, and delivering a great user experience that sets its clients’ businesses apart.
Douglas continued, ‘Along with delivering a great front end user experience, we have been focused on creating new and exciting automation partnerships because we recognise that this is the way businesses need to future proof their operations and remain profitable.’

To deliver these automated workflow efficiencies, Infigo has worked tirelessly to develop third party relationships that make success easier for its clients. The latest of these includes an integration with MetaPack, which means Catfish clients can benefit from the single point of integration MetaPack delivers to over 400 carriers and 4000 services around the world. The innovative MetaPack solution can dynamically produce labelling for any service, in any country and for any type of carrier, streamlining the final leg of the journey of the product to the customer.
‘We have integrated our software with multiple best in class hardware suppliers, MIS and CRM systems, preflight software, and may more links in the workflow chain, and the final piece in the jigsaw is to automate access to the most competitive delivery services within our Catfish platform,’ said Douglas. ‘MetaPack is an amazing service that enables businesses to offer a variety of delivery options, from home delivery to click and collect, with real time pricing and availability information, so the end user knows exactly when and how they will get their goods. This service is invaluable to retailers and suppliers who want to offer the best end to end user experience to drive brand loyalty, so it was the natural next step for us to automate this for our clients.’
It doesn’t just stop there. Infigo has also integrated with London based courier service, Gophr, enabling clients to offer deliveries within an hour within certain areas in the UK.
The focus on automation means that the company can offer solutions that increase profitability by streamlining operations, reducing costly resources and increasing job turnaround times. All this coupled with beautiful tailored storefronts, exciting customisation and personalisation solutions, and the end to end marketing tools required to drive businesses forward, makes it easy to see why the customer centric team at Infigo Software is excited to be part of delivering a taste of innovation at Dscoop Lyon.
