Sonoco announces supplier sustainability award recipients

Sonoco, one of the largest diversified global packaging companies, has honoured five companies with supplier sustainability awards at its annual Sonoco Supplier Conference. The 2017 award recipients are Bristol Global Mobility, Pro Label Inc, Superior Group, Mondi Group and Carlson Wagonlit.

The Supplier Sustainability Awards recognize Sonoco suppliers who demonstrate clear differentiation from their competitors with measurable, strategic and transparent social, diversity and environmental responsibility efforts. Award recipients showed definitive leadership in various categories such as having strong environmental policies; specific goals and progress in water, energy, emission and waste disposal reduction; social responsibility reports; and codes of conduct for their suppliers.
