RPC Bramlage Barcelona has developed a special solution to meet the packaging requirements of a new range of products from leading Spanish personal care company Boddy’s Pharmacy Skincare.

The customer needed a standard 75 ml thick wall jar, something which RPC Barcelona did not offer. Instead, the company’s technical team devised an alternative approach by offering an injection moulded jar in PCTG, a material that provides compatibility with cosmetic formulas. Most important, this solution does not require a polypropylene inner section in order to achieve the required volume. The complementary cap incorporates an induction seal.

The stylish and user friendly jars feature silk screen decoration in white, gold and silver to create a family image across the range of four face masks and two anti-wrinkle creams.

Thanks to a close working partnership between Boddy’s and RPC Barcelona, the solution was devised and the project delivered in a very short time.
