Infigo Software has announced its latest strategic partnership with Trustpilot, the leading global online review community with a proven track record in fostering trust that drives online conversion. The Trustpilot partnership is a significant attainment for Infigo, adding to the arsenal of brand engagement services it offers through its software and digital marketing solutions.

Partnerships and third party integrations have been a key focus for Infigo Software over the last two years to ensure it delivers the most comprehensive packages on the market, and the Trustpilot partnership was a natural next step to cement its position as a complete solution provider.

The relationship with Trustpilot was forged by Chris Minn, director of Digital Strategy at Infigo Software, and Netkandi founder. Since Netkandi joined the Infigo Software family last year, it has been committed to investing in relationships that enhance the digital marketing services offered to Infigo clients to ensure their businesses succeed.

Discussing the significance of the Trustpilot partnership, Chris explained, ‘The power of a Trustpilot rating for online businesses is phenomenal as consumers rely on peer reviews to distinguish between the vast choice of brands available online. We recognised the opportunity a Trustpilot integration would deliver for our customers, enabling them to build brand trust quickly within their e-commerce platform.’

Chris continued, ‘Trustpilot stood out to us as the right strategic partner because of the independent endorsement and transparency offered by its review community. This was something close to our hearts because, following Netkandi’s inception in 2010 and the subsequent contracts of work at London 2012, our growth was driven largely by word of mouth. It was this customer endorsement which drew the attention of Infigo and sowed the seeds for the acquisition last year, so we have first hand experience of the power of peer to peer recommendations in driving success. And we are excited to be able to offer our customers the brand engagement opportunities of this important partnership.’

According to independent research shared by Trustpilot, 77% of consumers use online reviews to help them make purchasing decisions, and 62% are more likely to do business with a company after reading a positive review. These figures show the significant influence authentic customer reviews have on helping consumers choose the companies they want to do business with, so these are an essential element of the marketing strategy of any e-commerce business.
