International point of sale printer manufacturer Star Micronics has announced the launch of its SM-L300 mobile printer. Building on its established range of mobile printers, Star’s latest model encompasses a range of superior features for point of sale and logistics applications. Offering an exceptional 41 hour battery life, this printer clearly stands out.

An ability to print traditional and liner free re-stick labels from 40 to 80 mm wide illustrates the true flexibility of this printer, allowing users to print a range of receipts and labels at any location whether at the table, the checkout or on the move.
The easy to use SM-L300 with OLED display features Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) as well as classic Bluetooth connectivity, providing the facility to connect with Android and Windows devices as well as multiple Apple iOS devices. With reflective (black mark), transmissive and paper end sensors as well as an 80 mm print width, the SM-L300 is ideal for printing in-store, in-field receipts and visit reports.
Designed to operate from either a person’s belt or using the in-vehicle mount option, the versatile printer sits comfortably in the 5V counter top cradle charger and can even be charged using a micro USB cable.
