The end of June saw leaders in the print industry gather for the inaugural Digital Business Breakfast Seminar, hosted at the Antalis Digital Academy in Coalville, Leicestershire.

The seminar was devised by Antalis’ dedicated team of digital experts; the aim being to create a forum whereby customers could come together, share their insights and ultimately help them maximise the potential of their businesses.

The session presented a mixture of industry insight and inspirational stories.

Giles Bristow, digital support manager at Antalis, commented: ‘As a business deeply vested in helping customers to grow, we designed this seminar, one of many this summer, to educate customers about the latest innovation and inspire and excite them about the opportunities it presents. It was a great success, with many attendees praising the Digital Academy facilities and the speakers.’

The Antalis Digital Academy, which hosted the event, is a hub of information for anyone interested in digital print, both small and large format. Equipped with the latest digital kit, it offers live demonstrations and real life application case studies to help inform and educate. The academy was created to assist businesses and individuals looking to invest in digital print technology, as well as digital printers looking to expand their business portfolio and maximise the potential of their machinery.

Giles added, ‘This was the first breakfast seminar we have had at the Digital Academy and, based on the success of the day, we have already started planning for additional events in the future. Our aspiration for the Digital Academy is for it to be an invaluable resource, not only to businesses embarking on their first foray into visual communications, but also to industry leaders who are looking to collaborate. As such, it was fantastic to see so many leading lights from the visual communications sector come together to share their knowledge and discuss the future of digital print.’
